Who can tell me about spicing wine- like Greek Retsina? - greek spices
I discovered Retsina. I did some research on the history of their origin. I've learned that most of the wine consumed is similar for thousands of years. I have also learned that, sometimes, were spices, to overcome some of their problems in the taste. I've learned that honey has been used, and spices, and even sea water at certain times.
I imitate the way of spices, as they are interested in historically proven. Can anyone help?

Restin is flavored with resin. You are right about the taste of old wine. Back in the day when the transport of wine in the vessels that were placed in clay pots on the market. The pots were arrested with a wooden plug was soaked cloth wrapped area. This sealed the glass. The slope of the resin gave a taste of the wine.
